What types of parties do you cover?
We cover a wide range of events including milestone birthdays (18th, 21st, 30th, 40th, 50th and beyond), engagement parties, anniversaries, proms, Christmas and New Year parties, charity nights, corporate celebrations and post-wedding after-parties. If it involves music and a dancefloor, we can usually help.
How far in advance should I book party hire services?
For peak Saturday nights and December dates, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance where possible, especially if you’d like our 3D Infinity Dancefloor. For smaller house parties and non-peak dates, 2–3 months is often enough – but the earlier you enquire, the more choice you’ll have on floors, DJs and extras.
Can I build a custom party package?
Yes. Most clients mix and match from our DJs, 3D Infinity Dancefloor, LED & chequered dancefloors, photo booths, mood lighting and LED letters. Tell us your budget and priorities and we’ll suggest a couple of options, from essential party packages to full “all-out” builds.
Which areas do you cover for party hire?
We’re based in Crewe and regularly cover Cheshire, Staffordshire, Manchester, Liverpool and selected venues in London and across the UK. Do you work in private homes as well as venues?
Yes. We often supply DJs, floors and lighting for house parties, garden events and barns, as well as hotels, barns, marquees, restaurants and city venues. We’ll just need clear access information, ceiling height and a flat, dry space for any dancefloor you book.
Can you match the look of our wedding or corporate event?
Absolutely. Many guests book AO Events for both weddings and later party events, or for corporate galas and staff parties. We can match colours, themes and preferred music styles, and we’ll happily coordinate with your other suppliers to keep everything cohesive.
