What size are the LED letters?
Our standard letters, numbers and symbols are approximately 4ft tall and designed to stand securely on flat floors in venues, hotels and marquees.
Where do you cover?
AO Events is based in Cheshire and regularly covers Cheshire, Staffordshire, Manchester, Liverpool and selected venues in London, plus other locations across the UK on request.
How much space and power do you need?
Space depends on the wording, but as a guide allow a clear wall or backdrop area at least 3–6 metres wide. We usually need one standard 13A power socket nearby.
Can letters be used outdoors?
Our LED letters are designed primarily for indoor use. In some cases they can be used in covered outdoor areas, but it depends on surface, weather protection and power. We’ll advise based on your venue.
Can you match our theme or other AO Events services?
Yes. We regularly match letters with our 3D Infinity Dancefloor, LED dance floors, DJs, room mood lighting and more, so everything feels cohesive in the room.
