What size are the LED letters?
Our standard letters, numbers and symbols are approximately 4ft tall and designed to stand securely on flat floors in venues, hotels, barns and marquees.
What can we spell out?
Popular options include LOVE, married names, surnames, initials, birthday numbers, event names, company names and symbols. Tell us your wording and we’ll confirm availability.
What are the topper options?
For wedding surname displays, topper options can include Couple Title toppers such as Mr & Mrs, Mr & Mr or Mrs & Mrs, or a simple “The” topper above the married name.
Where do LED letters work best?
They work brilliantly beside entrances, dance floors, DJ booths, photo booths, cake tables, stage areas and blank walls where guests can use them as a photo backdrop.
Do you offer rustic letters?
Yes. Rustic light up letters are ideal for barn weddings, rustic events, marquees and venues where you want a warmer, more natural finish.
How much space and power do you need?
Space depends on the wording, but as a guide allow a clear backdrop area of around 3–6 metres wide. We usually need one standard 13A power socket nearby.
Can LED letters be used outdoors?
Our LED letters are designed mainly for indoor use. Covered outdoor areas may be possible depending on weather protection, floor surface and power access.
Can we book letters with other AO Events services?
Yes. LED letters are often booked with our 3D Infinity Dancefloor, LED dancefloors, DJs, photo booths, mood lighting and special effects for a more complete event setup.
